How to measure

Place your playing hand flat with relaxed fingers. Measure in a straight line from the middle palm crease to the ring-finger tip. Do not measure around the hand. Enter the result in the interactive calculator.

Confirm it on the racket

Hold the racket in a regular forehand grip. Roughly one index finger should fit between fingertips and palm. Much less room suggests a small grip; much more suggests a large one.

Between sizes

The smaller option is usually easier to build up with an overgrip. Handle shape and replacement grip thickness vary, so test both sizes in the same model whenever possible.

Remember: The measurement is an estimate, not a fitting guarantee. Comfort during real swings matters more than the label.
